Information you provide
The inquiry form collects your name, business name, email address, the kind of help you need, and your message. You may also provide a phone number, business category, city and state, and an existing website address. Please do not include passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information in a message.
Why your information is used
Your details are used to respond to your inquiry, discuss your project, arrange a consultation, and maintain relevant business correspondence. Submitting an inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing messages. A separate agreement may explain additional information needed if we begin a project.
Website operation and measurement
This website is hosted on Base44. The hosting service processes information needed to provide and protect the website, which can include request details, device or browser information, and technical logs. Built-in measurement can record website use, consultation-button clicks, and successful contact submissions. Custom conversion events do not include the contents of your message, your name, phone number, or email address.
No separately supplied advertising pixels have been added. Essential browser storage may be used by the hosting platform. This policy should be reviewed before additional tracking services are introduced.
Consultation scheduling
At present, consultation times are arranged through a message or email. No third-party scheduling calendar is embedded. If a scheduling service is connected later, this policy will be updated to identify it. Information sent directly to an external service is also subject to that service’s privacy practices.
Storage and access
Form submissions are stored through the website’s hosting service and are accessible to the business administrator, not other website visitors. Service providers may process information as needed to operate the website or communications. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Retention and sharing
Information is kept as reasonably needed to respond, manage business correspondence, meet applicable obligations, or resolve disputes. DAG Unlimited does not sell inquiry information or provide it to others for their independent marketing. Information may be disclosed when required by applicable law or necessary to protect legitimate legal rights.
Your requests
You may email daniel@dagunlimited.com to request access, correction, or deletion of information you provided. Your identity may need to be confirmed. Some information may need to be retained for legal or recordkeeping reasons. Rights available to you can depend on applicable law.
